Stockley Close: SEGRO completes letting
The firm, which operates across about 50 countries, will take a total of 3,089sq m on a 10-year lease at the West Drayton site.
It said the space would be used for freight forwarding and other global supply-chain activities.
Alan Holland of Segro said the agreement with UTi marked a milestone for Stockley Close.
“This deal means that the Stockley Close estate is now fully let,” he said. “The popular estate remains an ideal location for airport-related businesses due to its high-quality accommodation and proximity to Heathrow.”
Colin Reynolds, Air Freight Director at UTi Worldwide (UK), said the Stockley Close facilities would allow the business to continue to offer high-quality service to its global customer base.
