Developer ISIS Waterside Regeneration has begun off-plan sales for its 520-home Brentford Lock West scheme.
Brentford Lock: sales begin for development
The collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroomed apartments on the banks of the Grand Union Canal is the first tranche of homes to be released from the five-year project.
ISIS development director Katie Sully said there had already been a “really positive” level of interest in the scheme.
“It has been very important to us that we work closely with the community throughout the project to ensure that we deliver a desirable collection of homes that fit seamlessly with their local surrounds, while offering buyers an attractive destination to live and enjoy,” she said.
As part of the overall scheme, ISIS is working in conjunction with the Canal & River Trust to make a number of improvements to Brentford Lock, including the addition of new visitor moorings and hook-up points, and the installation of a new floating pontoon to be used by the local canoe club.
The canal towpath will also be widened to provide better access and a safer walkway for new and existing residents.
