Restaurant chain Bill's has taken 3,500sq ft of premises on Chiswick High Road, Hounslow.
The store will be the brand's 25th to open across London and the south-east and will replace the existing Giraffe restaurant, property website CoStar reported.
Casey Phillips from Shelley Sandzer, which advise Bill's on its acquisitions, told CoStar: "Chiswick has the right demographic and target market and we know - judging by the successful trading of their sister restaurant, Côte - that Bill's will also trade very well from this location."
