More homes are being put up for sale at the Arbor, the residential development by ISIS Waterside Regeneration at the Brentford Lock.
The 27 homes alongside the banks of the Grand Union Canal – a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and townhouses, aimed at a mix of young buyers, professionals, downsizers, families and investors – will be released on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November.
A combined heat and power system for the homes and the installation of green roofs, featuring roof top allotments, vegetation and PV panels, have been installed to reduce energy consumption.
Katie Sully, development director at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, said: "The development not only offers the many benefits of waterside living but also has the backing of the local community who we have worked with to ensure that we deliver a desirable collection of homes that fits seamlessly with the local surroundings and breathes life into the area."
