The majority of first and second release properties at the Brentford Lock West development by Isis Waterside Regeneration have now been sold.
The riverside scheme (pictured above) consists of 520 homes set over 4.5ha, and will also include community spaces and commercial buildings.
The homes have been sold off-plan and 1,500sq feet of commercial units are expected to be offered to business owners soon.
Katie Sully, development director at Isis Waterside Regeneration, said: "We are delighted that so many people are keen to make Brentford Lock West their future home and this can only be a positive thing for businesses who are considering where to locate.
"Ultimately, the development will include a commercial hub of some 50,000sq feet and for those businesses who want to be a part of this there is also the opportunity to work with Isis on the design and layout of the buildings in the northern part of the site."
