Work is due to start on a £31.5 million residential development in the Hounslow at the beginning of 2014.
Housing association A2Dominion is working in partnership with Hounslow Council to deliver the scheme (above), which will see a 1970s office block torn down and replaced with 155 homes at the London Road site in Isleworth.
Grant funding of £5.9 million has been secured from the Homes and Communities Agency towards an affordable housing allocation.
A2Dominion is also working with the council to build more than 100 homes and commercial space on Hounslow High Street, previously home to derelict terraced properties, vacant offices, a car park and former pub.
This schem is due for completion in Autumn 2014.
