Business park redevelopment planned

by James Renoux-Wood Tue 18 February 2014, 10:31 am

Work on a major redevelopment project to transform a Chiswick business park into new homes and upgraded commercial space is expected to begin in the summer.

Developer Berkeley will redevelop the Hogarth Business Park – which is located opposite the 18th century Hogarth House building – to create 170 homes across the site and upgrade retail aspects to retain local employment.

The site has good links to Chiswick, the nearby Westfield shopping centre and to central London and beyond.

Matthew Biddle, managing director of Berkeley, said: "Hounslow is a gateway to both central London and Heathrow, and as such is perfectly placed for investment.

"By converting the site into a mix of residential and commercial space, Berkeley seeks to revitalise a promising location, while creating a functional new asset for the local community to gain from and take pride in."
