A contract for the redevelopment of the High Street Quarter in Hounslow town centre was signed at global property show, MIPIM, last week.
Barratt London and Wilson Bowden were selected by Hounslow Council as development partners for the High Street Quarter last November.
The firms will work with the council to deliver a mixed use scheme, which includes a multi-screen cinema, retail space, private and affordable homes, an underground car park and a new public space linking the Blenheim Centre to the High Street.
Councillor Steve Curran, cabinet member for housing, planning and regeneration said: "The High Street Quarter development is the cornerstone of our regeneration strategy and will also act as a catalyst to bring further growth and prosperity to the town and the borough."
Alastair Baird, regional managing director of Barratt London, said: "We have built up an excellent relationship with Hounslow over the last few years through our work at Great West Quarter and we are delighted to be chosen as their partner for this hugely important town centre regeneration project."
