French drinks company Pernod Ricard has signed to sublet around 40,000sq ft of space from the Disney Corporation at Hounslow’s Chiswick Park, it has emerged.
The company had previously been in talks to sign for space across three floors of Development Securities and Scottish Widows’ Hammersmith Grove scheme, and had been searching for offices in West London for some time, according to industry website, CoStar news.
Pernod will pay around £47 per sq ft for the space at Chiswick Park, which was bough out by China Investment Corporation earlier this year, as reported by Great West magazine.
