A development in Hounslow comprising 101 homes has been scheduled for completion in the autumn.
A2Dominion Housing Group is working in partnership with the London Borough of Hounslow to deliver the scheme which will provide homes for rent, sale and shared ownership.
The scheme, marketed as Hounslow Quarter and known colloquially as High Street Hounslow, boasts good links into central London as well as extensive roof terraces and environmental measures including communal gardens and green roofs.
A2Dominion is also redeveloping a 1970s office block in London Road, where it is building 155 homes, as well as developing 61 properties on the site of the former Alfa Laval factory.
Danny Lynch, A2Dominion group development director, said: “We’re committed to working in the borough of Hounslow where we own and manage over 2,400 properties.
“High Street Hounslow is transforming a disused brownfield area, previously home to derelict properties and vacant offices, to provide a varied range of high-quality new homes.
“Over the next three years we will be investing over £80 million in the borough as we deliver around 400 new homes in total.”
