A planning application is due to be submitted to the London Borough of Hounslow to redevelop the Reynard Mills trading estate.
The proposals, drawn up by architect bptw, are for 72 family homes and 123 apartments.
A consultation process with the council and community has led to revisions about the scale of buildings, with family homes now located on the site’s boundaries and taller elements situated at the centre.
The application is due for submission in September.
