Isis Waterside Regeneration, developer of the Brentford Lock West scheme, has lodged a planning application for phase two of the project and is releasing the first of its commercial units, from phase one, for sale.
Detailed planning application for 520 homes comes after the developer received outline planning permission for phase two in March 2012.
The first two releases of homes at the site both sold out, while two thirds of units at Bowline Court – the latest element to be completed – have been reserved off plan.
The development will also include a commercial hub, in which ISIS Waterside Regeneration is urging businesses to register their interest.
Katie Sully, development director at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, said: “We are very excited to now be submitting planning for the second phase, and look forward to continuing the development of this desirable waterside scheme.
“With the first of the commercial units launching soon, all elements of this mixed-use scheme are coming together – making Brentford Lock West an enticing place to both live and work.”
