The latest batch of homes have become available at developer ISIS Waterside’s Brentford Lock West scheme near the Grand Union Canal.
A spokesperson for ISIS Waterside said that “a few” units remain at Bowline Court, and that there had been “strong interest” in the latest collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties to become available at Carrick Sqaure. Six four and five-bedroom town houses, which will be spread over four floors at Carrick Sqaure, have also been released for sale.
Building work on phase two of the scheme is due to start in summer 2015, where 141 units will be built, consisting of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, and four and five-bedroom town houses.
Out of three commercial units at the site, one is under offer, with the other two available for small independent office occupation. The first of the units, which will be available for occupation in early 2015, is in the refurbished art deco building at the front of Arbor House. The second unit is located in Bowline Court and is due to be ready for occupation in summer 2015.
Katie Sully, development director at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, said: “Over the last year we have seen this little corner of west London really start to transform. The first of our homes are now complete and future releases are progressing well, making it a very exciting time.
“For business owners, this development offers a very attractive opportunity and interest in the release of our first commercial units has been high.”
