A new edition of Great West magazine will be published by the end of 2015, focused around the redevelopment of Feltham, with details of the council's plans for the area in the west of the borough.
The fourth issue will also take a look at developments at Heathrow Airport. It will be published later this year, with the following fifth issue set to launch at the yearly global property forum in Cannes, MIPIM in March 2016.
Publisher of Great West and events company, 3Fox International, coordinate the borough’s delegation at MIPIM, and will do so again in 2016. It will be the fourth time the company has taken Hounslow to MIPIM.
The relationship between Hounslow and Heathrow was highlighted at a recent event, organised by 3Fox, which featured the airport’s director of public affairs, Nigel Milton, as a keynote speaker.
Addressing developers and investors with an interest in the borough, he said: “We were proud to be part of ‘Team Hounslow’ down at MIPIM in 2015 and I’m delighted to announce that we are the first sponsor for Hounslow again in 2016 for the new campaign. I think that shows how we think the airport’s relationship with Hounslow is really key.”
With developments such as a new stadium for Brentford FC, building work starting on a 14,000sq m scheme by Ballymore in Brentford town centre and Barratt Homes’ proposed 27-storey residential tower due to go to planning next month, the magazine will continue the story about the borough’s regeneration.
