A major regeneration project in Hounslow town centre, worth £210 million, has received planning permission.
Proposals lodged by Barratt London, Wilson Bowden and the London Borough of Hounslow for the High Street Quarter will see 527 new homes created, with 41% allocated as affordable.
The scheme also includes a 10-screen cinema operated by Cineworld and restaurants, cafes and shops.
Designed around a new public square, a focal point of the scheme will be a 27-storey residential tower.
Work is due to start on the project in early 2017 with a completion date set for 2020.
The project is predicted to create 745 jobs.
