Schemes a sell-out for Galliard Homes

Fri 4 November 2016, 10:14 am

The developer Galliard Homes has announced that it has sold all homes at its three residential schemes in Hounslow.

Each of the projects involved converting offices into homes, including Trinity Square, which once was a base for American Airlines.

Trinity Square features 228 studio and one-bedroom apartments and a glass-roof facade.

Its other sold-out schemes in Hounslow include Craneshaw House, which has 32 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and is located a short walk from Hounslow Central Station. Building work is expected to be complete there in July 2017.

At Central House, Galliard Homes has developed one and two-bedroom apartments and landscaped communal gardens.

The developer believes Hounslow will become a residential hotspot for the capital, noting the easy connectivity into central and outer London as factors which persuaded the company to invest in the area.

David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, said: “We are very pleased to have sold out at all of our developments in Hounslow, one of London’s most exciting growth zones.

“The ease with which residents can reach central and outer London has been a major demand driver, and the queues outside the sales launches of both Central House and Trinity Square are a testament to the value offered in these schemes.”
