Makeover for Great West House

The refurbishment of the Great West House office complex has been completed.

A newly refurbished office suite at Great West House

The scheme, between Great West Road and the A4, is close to the Brentford Lock West development, opposite Brentford train station and within easy reach of Heathrow and the M25 by car.

Ranging from 102sq m to 2,996sq m, suites across six floors have been refurbished within the complex, with new raised access metal floors, air conditioning and suspended ceilings with LED lighting installed. 

The onsite gym has also recently been renovated and upgraded with new gym equipment for use by the office tenants. Lift lobbies have been refurbished, providing views across London from the upper floors. 

Fredrik Widlund, chief executive officer at CLS Holdings, the commercial property investment company responsible for the project, said:  “Having undertaken a significant programme of refurbishment at Great West House, we are delighted with the high quality, modern flexible offices now available. 

“With newly refurbished office suites ranging from 1,100 square feet up to 32,250 square feet, we are well placed to cater for most requirements, with rents in some cases half that of neighbouring Chiswick and Hammersmith.”  

The building also offers a fully serviced onsite restaurant with hot and cold food, and a branded coffee called Grumpy Mule in the cafe. The restaurant runs a hospitality service for tenants that occupy space in the building.

On-site parking, bicycle racks and landscaped gardens also feature at Great West House.
